Frederick Pollinator Mocktail

If you don’t want to imbibe, try our signature mocktail, The Pollinator. Its complex blend of honey, citrus, herb, and bitters offers a complexity 

of flavors that satisfies your palate without alcohol

Fresh rosemary, muddled

1 ounce of Honey Crush Original Citrus Syrup

¾  an ounce of lemon juice or to taste

Old-fashioned bitters, to taste

3 ounces of sparkling water

Fruit slice, for garnish

Rosemary sprig, for garnish

And if you do want to add a spirit, try a Whiskey Pollinator. It's the above recipe plus 1½ ounces good quality whiskey, like McClintock Matchstick

This is as simple as it gets: take a half a can of sparkling water and combine it 1+ ounce of any flavor of Honey Crush in a glass with ice

It's even better if you can add a squeeze of fresh citrus

All of our flavors of Honey Crush work great in hot tea, but Ginger Lemon is particularly good. We like it in green tea or camomile. Also, Voila!
