Fresh rosemary, muddled
1 ounce of Honey Crush Original Citrus Syrup
¾ an ounce of lemon juice or to taste
Old-fashioned bitters, to taste
3 ounces of sparkling water
Fruit slice, for garnish
Rosemary sprig, for garnish
And if you do want to add a spirit, try a Whiskey Pollinator. It's the above recipe plus 1½ ounces good quality whiskey, like McClintock Matchstick.
