Single drink:
1 oz lavender lemon honey syrup
1 oz fresh lemon juice (optional if your syrup is already lemon-forward)
3 oz Prosecco
Splash soda water
Ice
Stir gently, garnish with lemon wheel or dried lavender.
To batch (10 servings):
1 ¼ cups syrup
1 ¼ cups lemon juice
1 bottle Prosecco
2 cups soda water
Add bubbles right before serving.
